Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it; cancellations after this timeframe are not permitted.

Our collection includes adult-themed products. All customers must be at least 18 years old. By making a purchase, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you meet the age requirement. The customer is responsible for complying with import regulations in their country.

Products will be shipped to the address specified during the ordering process. We will always endeavour to use the most suitable carrier depending on your location and if no one is available to sign for the package, the order will be held for a subsequent delivery attempt or for pickup by the recipient.

Please ensure the recipient's full name is included in the delivery address to avoid delays or additional charges.

Since all items are handmade to order, please note that our standard shipping timeframe of 7 working days from credit clearance and address verification may be extended. You will be notified via email if this occurs.

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be refunded or exchanged in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, if you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order. This 14-day return period begins from the date the goods are signed for and delivered.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Some further details:

• Returns that are sent incorrectly through customs may incur additional customs fees and will not be accepted.

• Atticus Ivy will not cover the costs of return shipping or any duties and taxes unless a written agreement has been reached beforehand.

• If we confirm that the product has a fault, Atticus Ivy will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) through the original payment method or cover the shipping costs for an exchange. You will be contacted within 48 hours of us receiving your return, excluding weekends and holidays.

All refunds will be processed promptly once we receive the returned item at Atticus Ivy.

Customs Duties, Fees, and Taxes

Our products are made in Vienna and will ship from either Austria or Slovenia. As such there are no import duties for customers within the European Union. However, import charges for other countries are not included in the item price.

For goods shipped outside the EU, the consignee will act as the declarant and importer for customs. The consignee is responsible for customs clearance and payment of any applicable customs duties and local taxes. If you specify a recipient who is not yourself for delivery, for example, as a gift, you accept that their signature at the delivery address serves as proof of delivery.

We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing our products. Atticus Ivy is not responsible for orders that are not accepted due to unpaid duties and taxes. Please note that international shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable if an item is returned.

Atticus Ivy is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination.

Any orders returned or rejected due to unpaid duties will incur shipping, duties, holding fees, and an administrative charge €30.00.
